Galynn Lindemann "Women in EWL Seen as Role Models" Galynn Lindemann graduated with two degrees after being an EWL Star in 2005-2006 and is now working on a master’s in social work. EWL has provided her with great networking skills and exposure to very interesting, talented, and smart people. Galynn shared, "We learn by modeling and the women of EWL is who I aspire to be. They are the most wonderful role-models ever!" Galynn attributes much of her success to the support of her mentor, Susan Tonjes. She believes EWL has provided her an amazing gift- the members’ time coupled with her own mentor as a sounding board for situations that they are familiar with has been beyond words. To her, the best thing is knowing you have someone in your corner cheering you on. “We need mentors in our lives,” she shares, “and in turn we can become mentors. The support at a stressful time such as college and after, is...well, priceless. . I look forward to the day when I can become a mentor with EWL and return the gift of listening, patience, understanding, or any other areas where I can be of help.”
